Listing Terms & Authorization Agreement

1. Authority to List

By proceeding, you represent and warrant that:

You are the legal owner of the business being listed or
You are a duly authorized agent with full legal authority to act on behalf of the business.
You affirm that you have the right to create, manage, and publish this listing.

2. Acuracy of Information

You agree that:

All information submitted is true, current, and accurate.
You will promptly update any material changes.
You will not submit misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information.
Service Exchange reserves the right to remove or suspend listings containing inaccurate or unverifiable information.

3. Content & Intellectual Property Rights

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have lawful rights to all text, images, logos, trademarks, and materials submitted.
Your listing does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
You grant Service Exchange a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and promote your submitted content on its platform and related marketing channels.

4. Neutral Marketplace Status

You acknowledge and agree that:

Service Exchange is a neutral advertising marketplace.
Service Exchange does not broker, supervise, guarantee, or participate in transactions between businesses and consumers.
Consumers contact providers directly.
Service Exchange does not collect commissions, per-lead fees, or subscription fees related to service transactions.

5. Compliance with Laws

You certify that:

Your business complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
You maintain all required licenses, permits, and registrations necessary to operate in your service areas.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Service Exchange, it's officeres, affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, disputes, damages, or liabilities arising out of,

Unauthorized listing submission
Inaccurate or misleading information
Intellectual property violations
Consumer disputes related to services provided

7. Rights to Remove or Suspend Listing

Service Exchange reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to verify information, request documentation, suspend, or remove listings that violate these terms or compromise platform integrity.

Service Exchange operates as a neutral advertising marketplace and does not participate in service transactions.
You grant Service Exchange the rights necessary to display my submitted content.
